Join us to help us shape the future of payments. Position SummaryAs a Chartered Accountant – Finance & Global Accounting , you will play a critical role in strengthening the finance backbone of a fast-growing cross-border payments business. You will be responsible for managing multi-entity accounting, supporting cross-border transaction flows, ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions (India, US, UAE), and enabling accurate financial reporting.This role is ideal for a qualified CA (0–2 years’ experience) who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and eager to gain exposure to global accounting practices, fintech operations, and scalable financial processes in a high-growth environment.What will you work on? Multi-Entity Accounting: Assist in preparation and finalization of books of accounts across multiple entities and jurisdictions (India, US, UAE, etc.).Financial Closures: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.Inter-Company Transactions: Manage inter-company accounting, reconciliations, and cross-border charge validations.Transfer Pricing Support: Assist in transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with inter-company pricing regulations.Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Support statutory audits, tax audits, RBI/FEMA/GST compliance, and financial regulatory requirements.Cross-Border & FX Accounting: Work on cross-border payment flows, foreign exchange accounting, and revenue reconciliations.MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, financial dashboards, and performance tracking reports for leadership.Treasury Coordination: Assist in fund flow tracking, banking coordination, and liquidity monitoring.Process Improvement: Contribute to finance automation initiatives, ERP implementation support, and SOP documentation.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with auditors, consultants, tax advisors, and internal business teams. Qualifications & ExperienceQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (Articleship experience preferred).Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting tools such as Zoho, Tally, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams and external stakeholders.Work Environment Fit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech/startup environment with high ownership and accountability.Additional Information:• Exposure: Opportunity to work on global accounting practices across India, US, and UAE entities.• Career Growth: High-ownership role with leadership exposure in a rapidly scaling fintech company.• Learning & Development: Direct exposure to cross-border payments, regulatory frameworks, and      scalable finance processes.• Benefits: Health insurance and standard company benefits.Target Profile:• A recently qualified CA looking to build expertise in global and cross-border accounting.• Strong interest in fintech, payments, and international finance.• Detail-oriented professional with strong reconciliation and compliance mindset.• Comfortable handling multi-entity accounting structures and regulatory complexity.
