Job Title: Lead Group ConsolidationFunction: Finance and AccountsLocation: MumbaiReports to: Head Accounts ConsolidationAbout the Role: Hindalco is looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead group‑level consolidated financial reporting for a large, listed, multi‑entity organization.This role is responsible for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring full compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and SEBI (LODR) requirements. You will work closely with Indian and overseas subsidiaries, statutory auditors, treasury, risk management, and ERP teams, while also playing a key role in process standardization and finance transformation initiatives.Key responsibilitiesResponsibility for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries, JVs, and associatesApplication and interpretation of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, SEBI (LODR) in a highly complex reporting environmentLeadership of GAAP conversions and Fit‑for‑Consolidation (FFC) for overseas entitiesClose partnership with statutory and Big‑4 auditors, resolving complex accounting matters with sound judgmentDriving standardization, governance, and consistency in accounting practices across the groupActive involvement in finance transformation and ERP‑enabled process design (Oracle / GL / AP)Who should applyCAs/CMAs with minimum 10 years of experienceStrong exposure to group consolidation in large manufacturing / multinational setups
