Our portfolio features renowned clients such as Columbia University, NASA, Tesla, Dish Network, Radio City Music Hall, and luxury brands like Cartier, Breitling, and Amouage.Core Responsibilities :Assist with project planning, scheduling, and timeline tracking.Coordinate communication between the project manager, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and clients.Maintain project documents such as contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and status reports.Track budgets, costs, invoices, and procurement items to help keep the project within budget.Coordinate deliveries, materials, labor schedules, and other logistics.Monitor progress, flag delays or issues, and help resolve problems quickly.Support safety, quality, and compliance efforts, including inspections and closeout documentation.Qualifications & Skill Requirements :Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech) is required.6–10 years of relevant experience preferred; flexibility considered based on demonstrated skills and capabilities.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, documents, and follow-ups efficiently.Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions when delays or issues arise.Technical proficiency in tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project.High attention to detail in handling RFIs, submittals, permits, contracts, and change orders.Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.Prior experience working with US-based clients or US construction projects will be an added advantage.Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience Cab services provided for Female employees and transport reimbursements for Male employees Year-end Bonus Medical Insurance  Travel to New York City! After 1 year of employment the New York headquarters will apply for a business visa to the USA on your behalf. Upon Visa approval, the company will send you for an all-expenses paid trip to York for 1-3 months of training. Hours: 7:00am EST to 3:30pm EST / 4:30pm IST to 1am IST This is a tremendous opportunity to work for a leading New York City based construction company. We offer professional, personal and financial growth for the right candidate.
