Key Responsibilities -Role owns the complete SAP SuccessFactors suite at an enterprise level from a Business or IT ownership standpoint with strong hands-on involvement across modules. Mandatory hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting with strong working knowledge of Onboarding and Employee Central, including cross-module integrations. Role acts as the primary solution authority, directly engaging with CHROs, HRLT, and senior leadership to define enterprise SF roadmap. Role leads end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation programs and/or manages the SF platform internally with full accountability. Role drives platform governance, process standardization, compliance, integrations, and long-term digital HR strategy. Role manages vendors, system integrators, upgrades, and major transformations with minimal supervision. Decision-making authority includes prioritization, investment recommendations, and risk management at enterprise scale. Role manages internal SuccessFactors operations or supports implementations in collaboration with system integrators. Role has organization-wide impact and influences HR transformation outcomes.Qualification:Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Operations from a recognized institute in India is strongly preferred for enterprise‑level SF ownership rolesMinimum 12–15 years of total experience with at least 7–10 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, management, or enterprise ownership roles
