The ideal candidate will drive solution design, configuration, and delivery while ensuring compliance and business alignment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end D365 F&O Finance implementations across multiple entitiesPerform fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration of finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)Manage data migration, UAT, and stakeholder engagementEnsure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and regulatory requirementsDeliver financial reporting and dashboards using D365 and Power BIHandle multi-entity, multi-currency, and localisation requirements (India, UK, Mexico)Key Requirements:7+ years of ERP consulting experience with D365 F&O expertiseStrong finance background (MBA Finance / CA / preferred)Experience in multiple full lifecycle D365 implementationsHands-on experience in financial modules and reportingKnowledge of localisation (GST, VAT, etc.) and compliance
