Be a part of Şişecam and let’s build a world of progress and prosperity together.More about the RolePerform the necessary control activities to ensure that the production processes or services within the scope of the assigned department are carried out in accordance with the relevant technologiesDocument production parameters, test results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with R&D teams to transfer new processes into production and continuously improve existing methodsAnalyze technological parameters and output parameters for individual processes, solve technological and technical problems, supervise the technological discipline of individual processesAnalyze characterization results (SEM, TEM, XPS, spectrophotometer, nanoindentation) and interpret the results to validate coating performanceTrain and support production staff on coating techniques, equipment operation, and safety proceduresAnalyze customer feedback and quality claims, identify root causes, and initiate and follow up corrective action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholdersAll About YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Nanotechnology, Optics & Photonics, or Physics/EngineeringHands-on experience with thin film deposition techniques (CVD, PVD, MSVD) in a production or laboratory settingPractical knowledge of characterization methods (SEM, TEM, XPS, spectrophotometer, nanoindentation)Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain production equipmentFamiliarity with optical modeling and data analysis software (OTF, CODE, OPTILAYER, SPEOS, Minitab)Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow standard operating proceduresGood communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a teamWillingness to work in a production environment with shift-based schedules if required
