You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.We are seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Functional Support Analyst to serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational support of Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is heavily focused on production support, incident management, issue resolution, and user enablement, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT to ensure system stability, accuracy, and business continuity. The position emphasizes hands-on support, period-close execution, and proactive issue prevention across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.Key Responsibilities:Provide top-notch support for associates experiencing problems.Troubleshoot transactional, accounting, and process issues; identify root causes and implement resolutions or workarounds.Monitor and manage incident, request, and problem queues to meet SLAs.Act as an escalation point for high-impact production issues.Collaborate with technical, integration, reporting, and infrastructure teams.Support Oracle Financials Cloud modules including GL, AP, Cash Management, Projects and Fixed Assets, and SLA.Support and maintain Oracle Expenses functionality.Support Procure-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Pay processes.Provide hands-on support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.Integration & Automation Support:Monitor and triage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces.Analyze integration failures and coordinate resolution.Support EPM Automate-driven finance processes.Support GL batch imports and resolve data errors.Coordinate with internal and external system owners.Reporting & Data Support:Support and validate OTBI and BI Publisher reports.Assist users with data questions and discrepancies.Support ad-hoc reporting and defect resolution.Operations, Support & Governance:Own functional production support across modules and close cycles.Follow ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes.Manage Oracle Service Requests from creation through resolution.Provide business-focused communication during incidents.Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation.Support SOX, audit, and compliance activities.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.Required Skills & Experience:Extensive functional production support experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.Strong customer service and stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of record-to-report, procure-to-pay, expenses, and close processes.Experience troubleshooting production accounting and integration issues.Hands-on support experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.Strong accounting fundamentals.Experience managing Oracle SRs.Strong analytical and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.Experience supporting critical or 24x7 support environments.SOX and audit support experience.Experience in formal ITIL environments.Additional Responsibilities:Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents during on-call periods.Support operational shifts covering 14:00 – 22:00 IST.Collaborate with global teams to maintain seamless coverage and handoffs across time zones.
