The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end architecture, migration strategy, and implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead migration from SAP BW (7.x/4HANA) to SAP Data Cloud / modern data platformsDefine target architecture including semantic layer, data ingestion, and reporting strategyDesign and implement data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks (e.g., SLT, BODS, APIs)Collaborate with business and technical teams to rationalize reports and optimize data flowsEnsure governance, security, and performance best practices across the data landscapeDrive cutover, testing, and post-migration stabilizationQualifications10+ years in SAP data/analytics architecture with deep expertise in SAP BWProven experience in BW to SAP Data Cloud / Datasphere / modern lakehouse migrationsStrong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and integration tools (SLT, BODS, CPI)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and tools like Databricks, Power BI is a plusUnderstanding of SAP Business Data Cloud semantic layer and modern analytics architecture
