Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge in cloud technologies and web applications to guide project development and troubleshoot issues.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and transparency.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to maximize efficiency and productivity.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to improve project management processes and outcomes continuously.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the IT industry, with a focus on cloud and web application projects.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) is a plus.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of web application development frameworks and technologies.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Previous hands-on relevant technical experience (as a developer/leader) on Mobile and Cloud technologies like MERN stack, Python, , AWS/Azure, Android, iOS, Flutter, etc.DBA Experience – NoSQL DBs, SQL, Oracle, Backend Data AnalyticsProficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Working knowledge of Jira and ConfluenceExperience in onsite client-facingProcess compliance & data-driven approachMinimum 4 years of experience in strong technical Project Management (with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall experience), Scrum Master (40 months)Minimum 4 years of experience in solid project financial Management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking) (40 months)Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
