We are building the ecosystem behind better student living and are looking for people who want to grow with us.About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of business development and operations. As a B2B Demand Partnerships Intern, you will support the Partnerships Manager and Senior Manager in building and maintaining relationships with universities, education consultants, agents, and other institutional partners who drive student demand toward Acolyte Living. You will play a hands-on role in outreach, lead flow coordination, and day-to-day partnership operations.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to potential B2B partners including education consultants, student recruitment agents, universities, and EdTech platformsManage initial communication and follow-ups with prospective partners across email, LinkedIn, and other channelsMaintain and update partner pipelines and lead flow trackers in CRM toolsCoordinate lead handoffs between partners and the internal sales team, ensuring smooth and timely follow-throughSupport the Partnerships Manager and Senior Manager in preparing partner decks, reports, and meeting notesAssist in onboarding new partners by sharing relevant materials, guidelines, and platform informationTrack partner performance metrics and flag key updates to the teamHelp streamline partnership operations by supporting documentation, process tracking, and internal coordinationWhat We Are Looking For0 to 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive approach to outreach and follow-upsComfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar platformsInterest in the overseas education, student housing, or travel sector is a plusPrior internship experience in B2B sales or partnerships is preferred but not requiredWork HoursThis role may require flexibility to occasionally align with UK or international business hours depending on partner requirements.Our ValuesStudent interest comes first in every decisionWe build relationships that go beyond transactionsWe operate with clarity, transparency, and accountabilityWe continuously improve how we deliver valueWhy This Role MattersThe partnerships we build determine the quality and volume of students we can serve.
