Recruitment LeadSourcebae | Indore (Onsite) | 5+ Years ExperienceAbout the RoleThis isn't a /"senior recruiter/" role with a fancy title. We're looking for a Recruitment Lead who thinks like a business owner - someone who understands funnels, owns client relationships, drives account growth, and leads a team without needing direction. You don't just fill roles. You build systems, hit TATs, and move the business forward.What You'll DoBusiness & Funnel Ownership - Understand the recruitment business inside out - from requirement intake to closure. Own the funnel, spot bottlenecks, and fix them before they become problems.Client Relationship Building - Be the face of delivery for key accounts. Build trust, manage expectations, and turn one-time clients into long-term partners.Account Growth - Don't just service accounts - grow them. Identify upsell opportunities, expand mandates, and increase wallet share from existing clients.TAT Management - Own turnaround times religiously. Set benchmarks for the team, track submissions and closures, and ensure SLAs are never missed.Team Management - Lead, mentor, and hold your team accountable. Assign work, review quality, course-correct in real time, and build a team that performs without hand-holding.Decision Making - You'll be expected to make calls - on priorities, on candidates, on strategy. No waiting for approvals on things you should already know the answer to.Sourcing & Guidance - You're still sharp enough to source candidates from any platform yourself - LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, communities - and guide your team to do the same with precision.Organisation Growth Mindset - You see beyond daily deliverables. You understand how recruitment impacts company revenue, reputation, and scale - and you act accordingly.What We're Looking For→ 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial capacity→ Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, metrics, and delivery operations→ Proven track record in client relationship management and account growth→ Ability to maintain and improve TAT across multiple mandates simultaneously→ Hands-on sourcing skills - you can source from multiple platforms and teach your team to do the same→ Team management experience - you've built, led, and scaled recruitment teams→ Decision-maker mindset - no spoon-feeding, no escalating what you can solve→ Deep understanding of how recruitment drives organisational growth and revenue→ Tech hiring experience is strongly preferred→ Excellent communication - with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholdersWho You AreYou're not looking for a job - you're looking for ownership.
