Job Title: Analyst – Supplier Performance ManagementExperience - 4 to 8 yearsWork Location - HyderabadRequired Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice PeriodRole SummaryThe Analyst, Supplier Performance Management, will be responsible for driving a disciplined, high-performance culture among enterprise vendors/partners through regular monitoring and reporting of supplier performance.This role supports the Enterprise Vendor Management (EVM) function in enabling data-driven decision-making, aligned with the organization’s overall business growth strategy.The position reports to the Senior Manager – Supplier Performance Management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a robust metrics and performance measurement framework across all EVM functions and third-party vendor partnershipsAct as custodian of master data for SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, and operational excellence metrics; support contractual compliance and supplier performance reviewsAudit vendor documentation and data to ensure accuracy and compliance, including SLA reports, RCA documentation, and SharePoint recordsContinuously evaluate and enhance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for better relevance, automation, and impactManage vendor financials, including spend tracking, savings analysis, financial workbooks, and purchase ordersEnsure timely and accurate invoice submissions; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and validate supporting calculationsUtilize data analytics and BI tools to generate insights, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations through reports and executive summariesSupport contract change processes as requiredEnsure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with applicable laws and regulationsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of vendor contracts and contractual obligationsAbility to manage SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics effectivelyProficiency in financial analysis and working with numerical dataExcellent planning, organizational, and project management skillsStrong documentation and reporting capabilitiesHands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePointAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in vendor management, performance management, or contract managementMinimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analyticsExperience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders in a matrix organizationEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree (required)Master’s degree (preferred)Applicants matching the above skills can connect with Abhishek via or Call / WhatsApp on 9154908075
