Hiring: AccountantMumbai (On-site) ⸻About is a fast-growing aviation training and pilot career facilitation company working with leading airlines and global flight training organisations across 7+ countries.We manage high-value international fee transfers, airline cadet program payments, forex transactions, vendor payouts, and structured student billing systems.Role Overview You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and transaction oversight across domestic and international operations.This is not just data entry. This role requires ownership, accuracy, and strong financial control mindset.⸻Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally ) • Manage receivables and payable cycles • Track student fee collections • Reconcile forex transactions and international remittances • Vendor payment coordination and expense verification • GST filings and statutory compliance • TDS, PF, ESIC compliance • Prepare MIS reports for management • Coordinate with CA for audits and financial statements • Ensure documentation discipline across all financial transactions • Monitor cash flow planning and reporting⸻Ideal Candidate Profile • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, compliance, and statutory filings • Experience handling high-value transactions preferred • Comfortable managing international remittances / forex accounting (bonus) • Highly detail-oriented • Structured thinker with process discipline • Able to work in a fast-growth environment • Strong integrity and financial ethics
