Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: Navi MumbaiRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and business-aligned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support both corporate functions and retail (AD stores – India/US/Dubai). This role will play a critical part in driving talent acquisition, managing the employee lifecycle, and strengthening internal communication, while partnering closely with business leaders to enable a high-performance and engaged workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail/store rolesPartner with hiring managers and retail leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategiesEnsure quality hiring and a seamless candidate experienceEmployee Lifecycle ManagementDrive the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, and exitsEnsure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires across corporate and storesManage employee data, documentation, and HR process adherenceBusiness Partnering & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and store teamsProvide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practicesBuild strong on-ground connect with retail teams to understand and address challengesInternal Team CoordinationCollaborate closely with internal HR teams (TA, Payroll, L&D, HR Ops) to ensure seamless execution of HR processesCoordinate with cross-functional teams for hiring, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and employee communicationEnsure alignment and timely closure of people-related actions across teamsEmployee Engagement & ExperiencePlan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activitiesSupport initiatives to enhance employee experience and retentionCorporate & Internal CommunicationsDrive internal communication across corporate and retail teamsDraft and roll out HR communications, policy updates, and announcementsEnsure consistency in messaging aligned with the brand toneHR Analytics & ComplianceTrack and analyze hiring metrics, attrition data, and engagement insightsEnsure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field2+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to both corporate and retail hiring preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated organizational and planning abilities with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentInterested candidates can share their resumes to
