ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns with a strong focus on results and scalability. The role involves planning, executing, and improving campaigns to achieve business objectives such as lead generation and revenue growth.This role requires a data-driven individual who can take ownership of performance and work closely with the creative and marketing teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.• Take ownership of high-volume acquisition campaigns, particularly across Meta Ads, from testing to scaling.• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPA and ROAS.• Conduct continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.• Identify and scale high-performing campaigns with strong decision-making speed.• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.• Coordinate closely with creative teams to improve ad performance through better creatives.• Maintain performance reports and track campaign progress regularly.• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS• 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, along with a working familiarity with Google Ads.• Proven understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across paid platforms.• Familiarity with metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.• Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.COMPENSATION₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (depending on skills & experience).Note: The finalised salary will primarily depend on performance during the final interview and the outcome of any practical tasks (if applicable).
