You will be responsible for managing general ledger activities, supporting the month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain month-end close activities including accruals and journal entriesPerform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and reportingMaintain general ledger and chart of accountsReview financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and analyze financial statementsSupport audits, tax preparation, and compliance activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reportingAssist in improving accounting systems, policies, and processesManage AP-related tasks and expense tracking workflowsRequirements5–7 years of experience in General Ledger, Accounting, or Finance (AP/AR exposure is a plus)Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processesProficiency in Excel for financial reporting and analysisExperience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work UK/US hoursCPA, CA, or equivalent qualification is a plusPro5 is a global platform helping thousands of vetted professionals get hired by top employers.
