The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing app performance marketing campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs, such as user acquisition, app installs, and engagement. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing campaign effectiveness, executing A/B testing, and providing regular performance reports. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to optimize app marketing strategies.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to monitor, measure, and refine marketing performanceExceptional Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProven experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing for app campaignsProficiency in app marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and other ad management platformsProficiecy working with MMP and CDP platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Clevertap, Moengage, VservUnderstanding about retargeting platforms other than google and metaDeep understanding about GA4 & GTMUnderstanding about creative optimization and creative analysisstrong presentation and communication skillsUnderstanding of app store optimization (ASO) strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results
