This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex compliance and business growth.Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic Tax & Regulatory Governance: Oversee end-to-end compliance for Direct Tax (inc. Transfer Pricing), GST, FEMA, and Company Law. Ensure seamless adherence to Labour Laws (EPF, ESIC, PT).Tax Advisory & Planning: Architect and implement sophisticated tax-efficient strategies. Act as a trusted business advisor, translating complex regulations into actionable commercial insights.Litigation & Controversy: Lead tax assessments and audits. Conduct deep-dive case law research and draft high-stakes submissions for AO, CIT, and ITAT appeals.Audit & Assurance: Direct statutory and tax audits, ensuring rigorous standards and process improvements. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audit stakeholders.FP&A and Risk Management: Drive financial planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation. Provide the data-driven insights necessary for client strategic decision-making.Leadership & Development: Mentor a high-performing team.
