As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.  Roles And Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Create engaging, innovative, and informative content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.Schedule and publish social media posts using scheduling tools.Monitor social media channels for industry trends, brand mentions, and customer feedback.Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Run and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance monitoring.Analyze social media data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports on social media performance and insights.  Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates.Assist in the development and execution of social media contests and promotions.Monitor competitor social media activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.Ensure compliance with relevant social media policies and guidelines.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.  Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.3-5 years of  Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads).Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Perks:Training activitiesEmployee friendly  PoliciesEmployee Engagement Activities
