Overview Publicis is looking for a senior strategic leader to drive new business growth, pitch excellence, and strategic transformation across the Power of One model. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, media expertise, and project leadership, ensuring the organization responds to RFI/RFP opportunities with compelling, insight-led solutions that drive client growth. The role will lead end-to-end pitch development, orchestrate cross-capability collaboration across the Groupe, and ensure delivery of high-impact, strategically differentiated proposals for prospective clients. The individual will combine deep media expertise, strategic thinking, and strong program management capabilities to guide teams through complex pitch processes and deliver integrated solutions across media, data, technology, and creative. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth & New Business Strategy • Lead the strategic development of RFI and RFP responses across key growth opportunities.• Partner with leadership teams to identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities. • Develop strategic narratives and propositions that position Publicis as a transformational partner. • Drive Power of One collaboration across media, data, creative, commerce, and technology teams. 2. Pitch Leadership (End-to-End)• Own and lead the entire pitch lifecycle—from opportunity identification to final presentation. • Build compelling pitch strategies grounded in market insights, data, and competitive intelligence. • Ensure high-quality deliverables, storytelling, and presentation standards. • Support leadership teams in preparing for client presentations and pitch defenses. 3. Strategic Thinking & Analysis • Lead strategic thinking frameworks combining consumer insights, media intelligence, and category analysis. • Translate business challenges into integrated marketing and media strategies. • Develop forward-looking solutions incorporating data, technology, and digital transformation. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Power of One) • Act as a central orchestrator across Publicis capabilities including media, data, commerce, technology, and creative. • Ensure teams are aligned and progressing efficiently through the pitch process. • Drive collaboration between local, regional, and global teams where required. 5. Program & Delivery Leadership • Manage complex pitch timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and consistency. • Implement structured project management frameworks to ensure seamless execution. 6. Capability Building • Strengthen the organization’s strategic pitching capability and best practices. • Mentor teams in strategic thinking, storytelling, and proposal development. • Build tools, frameworks, and playbooks to enhance pitch success rates. Required Experience • 15–20+ years of experience in media agencies, marketing consulting, or integrated communications environments. • Strong background in media strategy, planning, and integrated marketing solutions. • Proven track record of leading and winning large-scale pitches and RFP processes. • Experience working with large, complex organizations and cross-functional teams. • Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and client solutions. • Exposure to digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and integrated media ecosystems.Key Skills & Competencies• Strategic leadership and analytical thinking. • Expertise in RFI/RFP processes and new business development. • Deep understanding of media ecosystems including digital, offline, performance, and programmatic. • Strong program management and stakeholder coordination abilities. • Ability to mobilize multiple teams without direct reporting lines. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
