As Assistant Operations Manager, you will own the full vendor lifecycle—from acquisition to financial collections. Supported by a team of Relationship Managers, you will be responsible for driving fleet growth, ensuring vehicle utilization, and maintaining strict operational discipline in your assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Growth & Acquisition: Drive net fleet growth by converting leads and ensuring seamless onboarding and vehicle activation.Attrition Control: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on vendor drop-offs and proactively implement retention strategies for at-risk partners.Collections & Finance: Own the collections targets for your area, tracking overdue accounts and maintaining overall financial hygiene.Utilization & Performance: Monitor on-road vehicle counts, identify underperforming assets, and coordinate with vendors to maximize fleet utilization.Team Management: Guide and manage a ground team of Relationship Managers (RMs), conducting field accompaniments and reviewing daily targets.RequirementsExperience: 4–7 years in Field Operations, Vendor Management, or Mobility/Logistics.Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
