Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth Marketing Manager role located in Mumbai. The Growth Marketing Manager will lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Responsibilities include handling marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google, optimizing e-commerce (Ecom) channels, using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, and overseeing end-to-end project management. The role also involves implementing marketing automation techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Growth Marketing and techniques for customer acquisition and retentionExperience in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics for tracking and optimizing performance metricsStrong skills in Project Management for coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering campaigns on timeKnowledge of Marketing Automation tools and platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and personalizationFamiliarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and E-commerce (Ecom) platform strategiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
