Role SummarySupport Denave’sDemand Generation team in planningand executing B2B growth and lead-generation campaigns across paid media, emailmarketing, ABM, and outbound initiatives. Leverage AI toolsand automation platforms to streamline campaign creation, personalization, reporting, and workflow execution, contributing to higher efficiency and impactKey ResponsibilitiesPaid Media ExecutionExecute and optimizecampaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (lead gen + landing pages).Handle audience targeting, campaign structure, creativetesting (A/B variants, messaging angles, formats).Monitor performance metrics(CPL, CTR, lead quality) and proactively flag issues.Provide recommendations to improve campaignefficiency and ROI.Email Marketing &LifecycleManage email campaigns on platforms such as SendGrid,Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot,Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, LeadSquared.Support lead nurtureworkflows: demo reminders, no-show follow-ups, reactivation journeys.Maintain list hygiene,segmentation, suppression lists,and tagging.Suggest improvements to email performance and engagement.ABM & Multichannel SupportSupport ABM execution: ICP segmentation, accounttiering, basic enrichment/list prep.Coordinate outreach assetsacross ads, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp(where applicable).Contribute to copy inputs and personalization acrosschannels.AI + Automation in MarketingUtilize AI toolsto accelerate execution: generate ad copies, email variants, landing page sections, and creative directions.Assist in creatingand maintaining automation workflows using , n8n, and AI-assisted research/enrichmentHelp build repeatable playbooks: campaign QA checklists, namingconventions, UTM standards, reporting templates.Reporting, Funnel Tracking& OptimizationTrack and report on leads, CPL, CTR, CVR, MQL → SQL movement, engagement, and landing page performance.Maintain dashboards and weekly reportingfor stakeholders.Identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimizecampaigns and workflows.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Digital,Demand Gen, Analytics, and Data teams for smoothcampaign rollouts.Support briefs, calendars, internal decks, and documentation.Requirements3–4 years’ experience in paid media,demand generation, growth,or marketing operations.Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedInAds.Experience with emailautomation tools (SendGrid, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho,LeadSquared).Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, ,n8n) and AI tools for content creationandproductivity.Comfortable with reporting in Sheets/Excel; able to interpret performance metrics and funnels.Strong attention to detail, proactiveapproach, and abilityto contribute ideasfor campaign improvements.Tools You’llWork WithAds: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn AdsEmail/Automation: SendGrid, Brevo,HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, LeadSquaredAI & Content: ChatGPT, Claude,Gemini, Gamma/Canva (basic),AI copy/testing workflowsAutomation: Zapier, ,n8n (basic), DripifyReporting: Google Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio
