Our expertise spans across diverse industries, enabling businesses to create safer and healthier workplaces.Role Overview :We are seeking a qualified Factory Medical Officer (FMO) to provide on-site and field-based occupational healthcare support for our client organizations. The role involves medical consultations, emergency care, compliance monitoring, and health education to ensure workforce well-being and regulatory adherence.Key Responsibilities :Conduct OPD consultations and provide symptomatic treatment for employees.Deliver emergency medical first aid on-site, as required.Provide occupational health counseling and health talks for employees.Ensure compliance with statutory health requirements and assist in audits/documentation.Maintain accurate medical records and reports as per company and legal standards.Liaise with organizational stakeholders for health-related communications.Travel to client factory sites (field visits as per schedule).Requirements : Experienced candidates will be preferred; however, freshers are also welcome to apply.Skills :Effective communication and counseling abilities.Knowledge of occupational health practices and compliance.Ability to handle emergencies and first aid.Other :Must be comfortable with field visits.Valid driving license preferred.What We Offer :Competitive salary package.
