About the RoleAffinity Global is looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-driven PR & Social Media professional to build and amplify the Affinity brand across key global markets. This is a high-visibility role sitting within the core Brand Team, working directly with senior leadership and global agency partners.You will own the end-to-end PR and social presence of the Affinity brand — from shaping the story and finding the right moment to tell it, to ensuring it reaches the right audiences across the US, EU, UK, and SEA. You are someone who sees an opportunity in every announcement, every piece of content, every event, and every industry conversation — and knows exactly how to amplify it across earned, owned, and partner channels.You will be the central connector between internal stakeholders, global PR agencies, and amplification partners, ensuring the brand shows up with consistency, credibility, and commercial relevance at every touchpoint.What You Will OwnBrand PR & Earned MediaDevelop compelling story angles for every brand moment — product launches, partnerships, business announcements, event participation, and industry milestones — and work with PR agencies across markets to maximise earned media pickupIdentify and secure organic thought leadership opportunities including podcasts, bylines, panel discussions, and media features across US, European, and SEA trade titlesCollaborate with agencies in the US and Europe to pitch stories to relevant tier-1 and tier-2 trade publications, ensuring pitches are sharp, timely, and well-targetedTrack all brand coverage in real time — monitoring mentions, reach, sentiment, and share of voice across key markets — and report performance to leadership monthlyContent Amplification — Whitepapers, Reports & PlaybooksOwn the PR and social amplification strategy for every major content asset the brand produces — whitepapers, industry reports, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership piecesIdentify the right channels, partners, and moments to maximise the reach and shelf life of each asset — turning a single whitepaper into a multi-week, multi-channel amplification programmeWork with the content team to extract key data points, narratives, and hooks from each asset and translate them into media pitches, LinkedIn content, partner co-promotions, and earned media opportunitiesEnsure no major content asset is published without a corresponding amplification plan that spans PR, social, and partner channelsOwned Events — Affinity ConnectLead the communications and amplification strategy for Affinity Connect — Affinity's flagship owned event series — ensuring every event generates strong brand visibility across trade media and social channelsDevelop event story angles and media briefs in advance, coordinating with PR agencies to drive earned coverage across target marketsBuild post-event amplification plans that extend the conversation beyond the event itself — through coverage, social content, partner mentions, and follow-up media opportunitiesContent Series — Affinity ConversationsOwn the narrative and amplification strategy for Affinity Conversations — the brand's high-quality industry video series — from guest and topic curation through to post-episode reach and engagementDefine panel composition and episode themes aligned to business priorities and regional relevance, ensuring each episode adds genuine credibility to the Affinity brandBuild comprehensive amplification plans per episode covering PR, owned social, partner co-promotion, and earned media — ensuring every episode gets the reach it deservesAgency & Partner ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for PR agencies across the US and Europe — briefing, managing timelines, tracking pitch activity, and holding agencies accountable to performanceIdentify and manage amplification partnerships with relevant media titles, industry bodies, and platforms — building relationships that extend the brand's reach into new audiencesMaintain a structured view of all agency and partner activity, reporting consolidated performance to leadership on a regular basisSocial Media & Brand PresenceDrive the LinkedIn brand page strategy — growing followers, increasing engagement, and ensuring the page reflects Affinity's positioning as a credible, forward-thinking global brandManage and grow Affinity's presence across other relevant social channels, maintaining a consistent content calendar and tracking performance monthlyWork closely with the content team to ensure social output is always rooted in strong narrative — not just posting for the sake of it, but building a point of view that the market recognises and respectsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience & Background7–10 years of experience in PR, brand communications, or integrated marketing — ideally within media, adtech, or B2B technologyProven track record managing multi-market PR programmes across US, Europe, and/or SEA, including working with external agencies in multiple geographiesStrong experience amplifying content assets — you have taken whitepapers, reports, or research pieces and built genuine media and social traction from themExperience managing owned events, content series, or thought leadership programmes from a communications and amplification standpointStrong pedigree — prior experience at a reputed media, technology, or marketing services organisation is preferredTier I / II Institutes – Xaviers, MICA, IIMC, Jamia, SIBM
