This role involves real-time monitoring, live site testing, and quick incident triaging to ensure seamless customer experience and business continuity.Key Responsibilities:Perform live site testing across web and mobile platforms (Desktop & mWeb)Monitor booking flows (Air, Hotels, Cars, Vacations) and validate end-to-end functionalityIdentify, triage, and escalate production issues based on real-time data signalsMonitor tools like AppInsights, Grafana, and analytics dashboards for anomaliesValidate APIs, UI/UX, performance, and post-booking modulesParticipate in incident bridge calls and provide real-time insightsTrack conversion rates, booking trends, and raise alerts on deviationsMaintain detailed shift handovers and incident reportsKey Requirements:3+ years of QA experience in production/live environmentStrong understanding of web & mobile testing (iOS/Android)Experience with monitoring tools (AppInsights, Grafana) and analyticsFamiliarity with API testing tools (Postman, DevTools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and incident management skillsNote: This role requires working in rotational shifts and handling live production environments.
