The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws and hands-on experience in workforce compliance management.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.Manage contractual labour compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, documentation).Oversee leave & attendance records and coordinate payroll inputs.Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.Maintain compliance registers and close audit observations within timelines.Requirements3–5 years of experience in HR compliance & labour law management.Strong knowledge of statutory regulations.Experience in managing contractual workforce.Good analytical and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.Share your cv on
