Role DescriptionLocation: India (extensive travel required)  Industry: Marine / Shipbuilding / OffshoreAbout the Role:Seeking an energetic and self driven individual to accelerate our growth in the marine and offshore segments in India. The ideal candidate will combine a proactive approach to client engagement with operational discipline in lead management, quotations, and tender submissions.Key Responsibilities- Attend and represent the company at marine industry events, exhibitions, and conferences  - Build and nurture relationships with shipyards, ship management companies, and vessel owners: visiting key accounts across India at least once every two months  - Prepare professional quotations/proposals, lead order negotiations, and close deals  - Manage end-to-end tender submissions on online portals  - Continuously update knowledge on our marine and offshore products  - Travel frequently across India, including at short noticeCandidate Profile- Exposure in the marine, offshore, or shipbuilding sector is highly desirable, but not mandatory.- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, marketing, or client management  - Experience preparing technical quotations and tenders, including Govt Portals.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills  - Eager to learn new technologies and willing to travel frequently  - Professional communication skills (verbal and written)What’s Offered- Competitive salary  - Full travel allowance and reimbursement for business trips  - Company-provided training in products and solutions  - Access to ongoing professional and technical development  - Career advancement opportunities in a dynamic, fast-growing industry
