Your work profileAs a Consultant/Sr. Consultant in the Strategy Office Team within Technology & Transformation practice of Deloitte India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s technology vision and growth trajectory.About the Role:• Technology & Market IntelligenceDevelop a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, architectures, and systems (e.g., cloud, ERP, CRM, AI). Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, including Agentic AI, Generative AI, and other frontier innovations. Analyze how these developments impact enterprises and identify strategic implications.• Opportunity Identification & Strategic AnalysisConduct whitespace analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market research to uncover growth opportunities in the technology space. Evaluate potential areas for investment, innovation, or differentiation.• Strategic Frameworks & Leadership CommunicationApply management consulting frameworks to structure firm-level strategies. Synthesize insights into compelling narratives and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership.• Create a governance model:Establish governance to define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for strategic initiatives.
