As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.What you will be doing at EvalueserveLooking for an experienced quant and technology specialist to support Financial Services clients. The candidate will be responsible to ensure the alignment of client’s business Investment Strategies offering meet the required quality and suitability for the different client’s needs, providing support for the development and operationsSupport clients to design, develop and maintain investment strategies across asset classes including complex derivative strategiesWork closely with trading departments of the client to set up support processesCollaborate with other support functions within the businessDevelop efficient tools to automate manual processesDesign and develop infrastructure to support strategy back testing/trading desksWhat we’re looing for3+ years of experience in Quantitative and Technology areas of Global Markets unit, QIS desk or an Asset Management companyA good understanding of the investment process, investment management industry, portfolio theory, and financial marketsGood practical knowledge of derivativeKnowledge of analytical platforms such as Bloomberg, EIKON, Data Scope, FactSet, etc.Experience in Python is essential including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy etc.Strong experience with SQL and any databaseProven experience in designing, developing and production deployments of software applicationsCandidate should be able to write Efficient and scalable code in Python to support ComplexBacktest and daily Production activities.Support data Management, Testing and all BAU activities as required throughout deliveries.Collaborate effectively with Stakeholders across business units, IT and Structuring to translate requirements into technical solutions“Can do” attitude and ability to take initiative.Strong attention to detail.Flexibility and ability to work in a self-directed environment as well as, collaborating with others and seeking guidance when needed.Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders in various geographiesRequired QualificationsUndergraduate degree in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Mathematics, Physics or engineering.Master’s in quantitative finance or in any other quantitative field.
