Job Description

Position - Delivery ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in the Telecom BSS/OSS domain to lead and manage multiple projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience driving delivery transformation initiatives, digital transformation programs, and data integration platform implementations, System Integration Projects ensuring end-to-end accountability for delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project DeliveryLead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects across BSS (Billing, CRM, Order Management) and OSS (Service Fulfillment, Assurance, Network Management) domains and across Digital Channels Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining high quality standards.Establish and monitor delivery governance, KPIs, and SLAs.Delivery TransformationDrive initiatives to modernize delivery practices (Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, cloud-native deployments).Implement process optimization frameworks and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and reduce cycle time.Champion AI/automation adoption across SDLC processes.Digital TransformationManage digital initiatives including customer experience platforms, omni-channel enablement, self-care portals, API management, and cloud-native BSS/OSS systems.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align transformation programs with strategic objectives.Data Integration & AnalyticsOversee design and implementation of data integration platforms (e.g., ESB, API Gateway, iPaaS solutions).Ensure seamless integration between BSS, OSS, and external enterprise systems.Drive adoption of data lakes, real-time analytics, and AI/ML solutions to enhance business decision-making.Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, business leaders, and vendors.Serve as a trusted advisor on delivery excellence, transformation initiatives, and technology modernization.Manage multi-vendor environments and ensure collaboration across ecosystem partners.People LeadershipLead cross-functional teams (project managers, solution architects, business analysts, QA, DevOps engineers).Mentor, coach, and upskill team members in new delivery methodologies.Ensure high team morale and effective resource allocation across projects.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 15–20 years in IT delivery/project management, with at least 10+ years in Telecom BSS/OSS project delivery.Domain Knowledge:Strong understanding of Telecom IT landscape (CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, Order Management, Provisioning, Service Assurance).Knowledge of 5G, IoT, Cloud, and Digital Services ecosystems is a plus.Exposure to other domains – Banking, Healthcare, Public services preferredDelivery Expertise:Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery programs Strong in Agile, DevOps, SAFe frameworks, and delivery governance models.Transformation Programs:Hands-on experience in delivery transformation, digital modernization, and data integration/middleware platforms.Implementing System Integration Projects Leadership:Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and vendor management skills.Ability to lead multicultural and geographically distributed teams.Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
