The ideal candidate should have a strong industry network, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. This role requires a passion for events and hospitality, along with strong relationship-building and client servicing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE and weddings segmentLeverage industry knowledge to drive corporate MICE sales and partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, venues, and vendorsPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targetsUnderstand client requirements and offer customized solutionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfactionMaintain CRM data, track sales activities, and provide regular performance reportsStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platformsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field3–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in MICE, events, or weddingsStrong network across corporate clients, event management companies, wedding planners, and hospitality partnersExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamResult-driven mindset with strong customer relationship management skillsProficiency in CRM tools and MS OfficePreferred SkillsExperience in handling luxury or high-end eventsUnderstanding of destination management and vendor coordinationKnowledge of marketing and lead generation strategiesInterested candidates may share their CV at:
