Experience on Siebel installation on Windows and Linux 2. Experience on Siebel Upgrade to latest version e.g.: IP17 and later versions 3. Experience on Siebel Gateway clustering, multimode AI load balancing etc. 4. Experience on Siebel Performance tuning of server, AOM, AI, Gateway, tomcat’s etc. 5. Experience on Troubleshooting EAI component crashes and analyzing crashes & FDR and component log files. 6. Knowledge on System Administration activities such as configuring application components, and parameters and 7. Troubleshooting component crashes, SSO, LDAP setup to AD and Troubleshooting 8. Good overall troubleshooting skills 9. Automation of regular administrative tasks 10. Preferable experience on WLS/BIP/OAS/OAP installation, upgrade, and integration with Siebel 11. Experience on DR setup and testing 12. Experience on managing Siebel on OCI (or any cloud) is preferable. 13. Monitor system performance and manage administration of Siebel environments. 14. Basic experience in Oracle database administration. Level of Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Siebel Administration Other Skills: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills to independently manage customer interactions face-to-face. 2. Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment. 3. Ready to travel to customer offices as required.
