We have grown 10x in the last one year and are processing millions of documents monthly.Role Overview We’re looking for a Support Engineer who can handle real-world issues calmly and solve them fast. This isn’t a ticket-closing role — you’ll dig into problems, understand systems, and work closely with engineering to keep things running smoothly.What You’ll Do Act as the first line of support for product and customer issues (US hours) Troubleshoot application, API, and data-related issues Investigate bugs and work with engineering for resolution Monitor systems and flag issues before they escalate Communicate clearly with internal teams (and sometimes clients) Maintain documentation, FAQs, and common fixes Track recurring issues and help improve product reliabilityWhat We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in technical support / support engineering Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Basic understanding of APIs, logs, and databases Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours) Good communication — clear, structured, and calm under pressure Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issuesGood to Have Experience with SaaS or data-heavy products Familiarity with SQL, Postman, or log monitoring tools Exposure to health-tech or AI productsWhy Join Triomics Work on real problems that impact healthcare High ownership, no hand-holding culture Fast-moving team where your work actually mattersWhy Join?
