This is a work-from-office role for someone who enjoys bringing visuals to life through animation, transitions, and storytelling. You'll work on social media campaigns, digital ads, brand videos, and performance creatives for exciting brands, while staying current with motion design trends and exploring new-age AI tools that are shaping the future of creative production. Key Responsibilities: - Create motion graphics and animations for social media campaigns, digital ads, and brand videos - Develop performance creatives that engage audiences and drive results - Apply animation fundamentals including timing, transitions, and motion typography to projects - Stay updated on current motion design trends and incorporate them into creative work - Explore and experiment with new-age AI tools to enhance creative production - Manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment to deliver high-quality work on schedule Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics or Animation (agency experience preferred) - Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro - Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and motion typography - Awareness of latest design trends and evolving AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Firefly, or similar platforms - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment - Location: Mumbai (Work From Office) About ThinkROI: ThinkROI is a cutting-edge digital marketing agency based in Gurugram/Mumbai/Bengaluru.
