About the Role This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role. You will be the bridge between the client and execution - owning campaigns end-to-end while managing internal teams to deliver exceptional work. From understanding the brief to delivering the final campaign, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at Pulpkey-level quality. What you'll do - Strong understanding of Instagram classic reel campaigns. Knowledge of LinkedIn Influencer Marketing is a plus - Experience with affiliate marketing and CPV based campaigns are a big plus - Own client relationships – be the primary POC and build long-term trust - Understand campaign briefs deeply and translate them into clear execution plans - Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across brands and categories - Work with and manage campaign executives/execution and drive them to deliver on timelines and quality - Oversee influencer strategy, execution, and campaign performance - Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations (and exceed them when possible) - Proactively identify upsell opportunities and grow existing accounts - Maintain strong communication - internally and externally - Step in to solve problems before they become issues What your day might look like - Jumping on a client call to align on campaign expectations - Breaking down a brief into execution tasks for your team - Reviewing influencer shortlists and strategy - Guiding managers on negotiations, timelines, and deliverables - Tracking campaign progress across multiple brands - Sharing updates and reports with clients - Finding ways to improve campaign performance or scale accounts Who is this role for - Someone who loves ownership and hates half-done work - Strong communicator – can handle clients, teams, and chaos calmly - Has experience managing multiple influencer campaigns end-to-end - Great at people management – knows how to get work done through others - Understands influencer marketing beyond execution (strategy + outcomes) - Commercially aware - can spot opportunities to grow accounts - Detail-oriented but also able to think big picture - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment What will make you stand out - Experience managing clients directly as a POC - Ability to handle 5-7 campaigns simultaneously - Strong negotiation + stakeholder management skills - Understanding of performance metrics (CPV, engagement, ROI) - Proven track record of retaining or growing client accounts If you're someone who wants to do meaningful work, manage big brands, and grow fast, you'll feel right at home.
