Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Security Specialist with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a broad background across multiple cyber security domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls to protect enterprise environments, applications, and identities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) - Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access governance across cloud and hybrid environments - Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats and incidents - Perform security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies - Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to embed security best practices - Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures - Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews - Stay current with evolving cyber security threats, tools, and technologies Must-Have Skills & Experience: - 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security - Strong expertise in IAM, specifically Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) - Experience with: - Identity lifecycle management - Role-based access control (RBAC) - Privileged access management (PAM) - Conditional Access and MFA - Broad exposure across cyber security domains such as network, endpoint, cloud, and identity security - Strong understanding of security principles, threat landscapes, and attack vectors Good-to-Have Skills: Information Security - Security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) - Security policies and frameworks Application Security - Secure SDLC - Vulnerability assessment and remediation - Secure code review concepts Nice-to-Have: - Exposure to BloodHound tool for Active Directory attack path analysis and privilege escalation detection
