Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward/Captain/Hostess based in New Delhi. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, handling reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, taking orders, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization, adhering to quality and safety standards, and contributing to a seamless dining experience for customers. Qualifications - Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication, with a professional and friendly demeanor - Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service - Ability to participate in and provide Training to enhance service standards - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining cleanliness and quality - Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Previous experience in the hospitality or related industry is a plus - Diploma or certification in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
