About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive (PPC) to join our digital advertising team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube, focusing primarily on lead generation, with additional support for engagement and follower campaigns as required. Key Responsiblities: - Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads. - Run engagement, traffic, and follower campaigns as per client objectives. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize to achieve target CPL, CTR, and ROI. - Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad visuals and copies. - Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights. - Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC Advertising. - Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization techniques. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and lead funnels. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pixel and UTM tracking, and landing page optimization. - Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or other paid media platforms.
