Job Description: Wealth Relationship Manager Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune,Bangalore, Hyderabad. Experience Required: 5+ Years Client: Established Financial Institution setting up their wealth management business. About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Wealth Relationship Manager . The role requires strong financial advisory skills, deep understanding of wealth products, and the ability to deliver personalized investment solutions tailored to customer goals. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, portfolio management, and achieving business growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and deepen relationships with affluent customers through regular engagement, financial planning discussions, and portfolio reviews. - Understand clients’ financial objectives and offer customized solutions across investments, insurance, and wealth management products. - Acquire new affluent clients through market mapping, networking, and referral channels. - Provide end-to-end advisory for wealth products including mutual funds, PMS, insurance, fixed-income instruments, and structured offerings. - Ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with internal stakeholders for onboarding, servicing, and documentation. - Maintain high compliance standards with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. - Achieve business targets across investment sales, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth. - Keep updated with market trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. - Drive customer loyalty through superior service standards and proactive communication. Candidate Requirements - Minimum 5+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or relationship management. - Experience in handling affluent or mass–affluent customer portfolios is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of wealth products such as mutual funds, PMS, insurance, SIPs, fixed income, and other investment instruments. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. - Proven sales and portfolio management track record. - NISM or IRDAI certifications preferred.
