Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR, Finance Recruiter & Administration Manager based in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Finance Recruitment Specialist: Source and recruit CA/CMA professionals (Interns, Semi-Qualified, and Qualified) through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized CA job portals - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of finance and accounting talent - Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, technical assessments, and interviews for finance roles - Manage background verification and reference checks for selected candidates - Handle payroll processing, compliance, and employee benefits administration - Oversee timesheet management, attendance tracking, and leave management - Coordinate office administration and daily operational activities Qualifications - Experience in Hiring and Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for the Accounting & Finance field - Strong organizational and administrative management skills - Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Relevant certifications in HR or Finance are a plus
