We are hiring for the roles of Engineer/Sr Engineer/Assistant Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation - DCS & Automation. This role will be based out of Balaji Cement Works, Budawada, Andhra Pradesh. Preferred Years of Experience: 4-6 Years Qualification: BTech/B.E in Electrical & Instrumentation Preferred Skills - IT & Data Security: Server backup, antivirus & patch management, firewall security, software upgrades - Industrial Automation & Plant IT: PLC/DCS/SCADA basics, engineering stations, PI system & plant data management - Good knowledge on SIEMENS PLC with FLSmidth ECS system - Process Optimization: Software loop optimization, cost reduction, troubleshooting - Safety (SHE): Safety compliance, hazard identification, toolbox talks, incident reporting, audits - Environmental & Quality Systems: CBX analyzer calibration, CPCB data reporting, X‑ray quality equipment handling - IMS & Continuous Improvement: Kaizen, OPL, RCA, model area & audit compliance - Maintenance & Reliability: Critical spares SOP, breakdown reduction, emission & leakage control - Behavioral Skills: Safety leadership, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, accountability - RSO Certified. Role Description 1. Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of plant IT, automation, and quality systems 2. Maintain compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), environmental, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards 3. Manage data security, including protection of plant, automation, and operational systems 4. Ensure high system availability and reliability across plant IT and automation infrastructure 5. Plan and execute software upgrades, patches, and system enhancements 6. Drive process optimization through effective use of IT and automation systems 7. Ensure real‑time availability of plant operational data and environmental monitoring data 8. Support and maintain quality monitoring and measurement equipment 9. Actively participate in and support SHE initiatives and safety leadership practices 10. Contribute to sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible operations 11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and efficiency enhancement projects 12. Ensure plant and system readiness for internal, external, and IMS audits 13. Support breakdown analysis and reduction through system improvements and preventive actions 14. Coordinate effectively with plant operations, maintenance, quality, and support teams 15. Build safety, IT, automation, and quality awareness across plant teams through training and engagement
