The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruitment Manager with a strong background in global talent acquisition to lead our overseas recruitment operations across the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. This role goes beyond execution—you will be responsible for driving vacancy procurement, managing international business relationships, and building pathways between skilled talent and leading global institutions. Key Responsibilities Vacancy Procurement Identify and secure high-volume recruitment contracts with overseas hospitals, clinics, and luxury hospitality groups. Strategic Partnerships Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with international stakeholders to ensure long-term business continuity. Compliance & Migration Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with international labor laws, visa processes, and healthcare licensing requirements. Operational Excellence Lead and manage a team of recruiters to consistently achieve placement targets while maintaining high standards of quality and ethics. Market Expansion Analyze global recruitment trends and identify new markets and territories for talent sourcing and placement. Who You Are Industry Expertise Minimum 5 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably within Healthcare or Hospitality. Commercial Acumen Strong ability to secure new business and maintain long-term client relationships. Problem-Solving Ability Sound understanding of visa processing, credentialing requirements such as NCLEX, IELTS/OET, and cross-border recruitment logistics. Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and perform effectively under pressure and deadlines.
