Primary Responsibilities - Meet or exceed Ocean forwarding revenue, volume, and sales targets as per the sales plan. - Manage Ocean customers actively to promote our Ocean product capabilities. - Achieve GP budget targets for Ocean business at the zone level. - Identify target customers and develop a sales plan aligned with market strategies. - Ensure pricing requests follow freight forwarding pricing guidelines while maintaining profitability. - Submit timely weekly sales reports and sales forecasts. - Maintain an updated customer database with proper segmentation. - Interact with customers regularly, meeting commitments and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. - Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. - Network with forwarders, co-loaders, and ocean carriers to stay updated on market trends and competition. Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience: 10–15 years in freight forwarding sales - Trade Lane Experience: US Lane preferred - Volume Handling: 12–15 TEUs per week - Market Exposure: Preferably international market Location: Kolkata
