About the Role: We are looking for a high-performing Client Services Manager for our Events & MICE vertical, with a strong focus on business development and revenue generation. While the role is positioned under Client Services, it is fundamentally a frontline sales role responsible for acquiring new clients, driving event mandates, and building long-term partnerships across corporate and brand ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Drive End-to-End Sales: - Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in Events, MICE, Activations, and Corporate Experiences - Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: - Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets - Pitching & Closures: - Lead client presentations, solutioning, and negotiations to close high-value deals - Account Management: - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling - Briefing Internal Teams: - Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for creative, production, and operations teams - Market Intelligence: - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the MICE space - Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Key Requirements: - 3–6 years of experience in Events / MICE / Activations / Experiential Sales - Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation - Strong network within corporates, agencies, or brand marketing teams - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills - Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment - Hands-on experience in pitching and closing end-to-end event solutions What We’re Looking For: - Someone who hunts, not waits - Strong ownership mindset with revenue-first thinking - Ability to balance sales aggression with client servicing finesse - Commercially sharp and execution-aware Why Join Us: - High-growth environment with direct exposure to marquee brands - Opportunity to work on large-scale events, MICE, and experiential campaigns - Performance-driven culture with strong earning potential and incentives If you’re someone who thrives on closing deals and building impactful event experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
