Job Title: NEET Chemistry Faculty Job Type: On-site Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented NEET Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chemistry coaching aligned with NEET syllabus requirements. The role involves building strong conceptual understanding, guiding students for competitive exams, and mentoring them to achieve academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) aligned with the NEET syllabus - Simplify complex concepts using visual aids, real-life examples, and problem-solving techniques - Provide individualized attention to students to address learning gaps and enhance performance - Develop and distribute study materials, notes, assignments, and practice questions - Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback - Track and analyze students’ academic progress and suggest improvement strategies - Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning - Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes before exams - Collaborate with other faculty members and academic coordinators for curriculum planning - Stay updated with NEET exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies - Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and workshops Skills & Requirements: - Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry (NEET level) - Prior experience in NEET/JEE coaching or similar competitive exam training preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to engage and motivate students - Strong classroom management and organizational skills - Passion for teaching and mentoring students
