Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/remote Co-Founder With Investment role based in India. As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Multrix by developing strategic plans, driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate with various teams, analyze data to make informed business decisions, and work to build a scalable operational framework. Additionally, you will provide financial investment and guide the business towards achieving long-term goals while fostering innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications - 10+ Years of experience in the outsourcing industry - Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions - Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate and articulate ideas - Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing strategies - Ability to conduct thorough and insightful Research - Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for growth and problem-solving abilities - Experience in BPO/technology-driven industries is highly desirable - Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and projects - Willingness to make a financial investment as a Co-Founder
