The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating compelling design concepts, conducting detailed space planning, developing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects and craftsmen to bring projects to life. Additional responsibilities include selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with client preferences, staying updated on design trends, and maintaining client relationships throughout the design process. Qualifications - Proficiency in Space Planning and crafting personalized and effective layouts - Strong knowledge of Architecture principles and their application in interior projects - Experience in creating high-quality Construction Drawings that align with design and structural requirements - Expertise in Interior Design concepts and trends, as well as the selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) - Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field - Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
