Role Description We are hiring for the Founder’s Office at Innocule. This is not a role with a fixed job description. The mandate of this role is to take ideas, intent, and ambition — and convert them into execution on the ground. You will work directly with the founders across functions — finance, fund raising, operations, growth, strategy, systems — and own projects end-to-end. From zero to implementation. From ambiguity to outcome. You will be expected to: - Drive high-impact projects across the business - Solve bottlenecks in real operating environments (plants, people, processes) - Build systems where none exist - Push initiatives through resistance, constraints, and uncertainty Who is this for? - You are excited by the idea of building, not maintaining - You prefer ownership over instructions - You are comfortable operating without a playbook - You ask questions, take action, make mistakes, and learn fast - You can think, but more importantly — you can execute This role is high ownership, high ambiguity, and high accountability.
