As we scale, we're looking for a motivated and articulate Video Editing Intern to help drive outreach to key decision-makers like CTOs, HR Managers, and Talent Acquisition Heads. About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Intern who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create high-impact content across social media platforms, including reels, posters, and animated videos. Key Responsibilities: • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) with strong hooks and engaging storytelling • Design social media creatives such as posters, thumbnails, and banners • Create animated videos and motion graphics for marketing campaigns • Assist in planning and executing content strategies for social media • Optimise videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) • Stay updated with the latest trends, transitions, and editing styles • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative marketing ideas Skills & Requirements: • Basic to intermediate proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics • Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement • Ability to work on tight deadlines • Creative mindset with attention to detail Good to Have: • Experience with AI video tools or automation tools • Knowledge of branding and marketing design principles • Prior experience in editing reels or managing social media pages What You’ll Gain: • Paid internship with a competitive stipend • Hands-on experience working on real marketing campaigns • Opportunity to build a strong portfolio • Mentorship and creative freedom • Potential for a full-time role based on performance
